Leagel Cherry paste is a concentrated fruit paste with the sweet, fruity taste of cherry, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.
With Cherry paste the flavour in the display stays the same from batch to batch, because the dosage never changes; it gives a full, recognisable flavour, ready to batch-freeze.
Ideal for: cherry gelato, amarena and chocolate sundaes.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
