DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
The Fruitube base by Leagel is a special powder base for fruit popsicles. Sweetened with fructose to enhance the fruit flavour , it is also rich in fibres. It can be mixed with fresh fruit, fruit pulp or frozen fruit.
Recipe: Popsicle with 50% fruit – 0.5 kg. of fruit + 0.2 kg. Base Fruitube ® + 0.3 kg. of water.
Process: Mix the ingredients, put the mixture in a mould and then into the freezer to obtain the popsicle.
