Base Frutta 50 Gelato Master School is a fruit base sorbet with no additives and fully natural. The ice cream stands out for the high texture keeping the shine color of the fruit.
Dosage: 35 g x LT mixture. Mix with water, dextrose, sugar and glucose. For a vegan ice cream with an exceptional texture add 30 gr. of Olive Oil improver by Legael for each kg. of liquid mixture.
