DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel fruit bases make you a soft and creamy sorbet. They also enhance the flavour giving the sorbets the fresh and genuine taste of the just harvested fruit.
Dosage: 70 g x LT mixture. Mix with fresh or frozen fruit or fruit pulp, sucrose, dextrose and water.
