DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Q Premium Fruit Base is a neutral base for fruit sorbets to be used with fresh fruit, frozen, pulp or fruit pastes. Mix with fruit and water and pasteurization is not necessary.
The dosage is approximately 250 gr./lt. But it should be balanced properly according to the kind of fruit to obtain a perfect sorbet. Contact our expert to get the mixing tips.
