DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Loveria Classica is a gianduja-flavoured spreadable cream for gelato, smooth and intensely flavoured. It stays velvety even at sub-zero temperatures and is the ideal base for cremino gelato: soft gelato, a layer of Loveria and a decoration.
In the Leagel Cremino Pane e Loveria recipe, Loveria Classica is paired with Easy Pane; it also appears in Cremino Goloso.
Ideal for: cremino gelato, rippling, filling cones and crêpes, glazing cakes, coffee, cappuccino and iced lattes.
Features: spreadable at sub-zero temperatures, gluten-free.
Dosage: as desired as a ripple or cremino; as gelato 1.8 kg of Loveria with 2.4 litres of warm milk.
