A versatile product with the taste of caramelised biscuit and the unmistakable aroma of cinnamon. It can be used as a flavouring paste or as a variegate to enrich gelato, semifreddos and pastry creations with sweet, spicy and pleasantly crunchy notes.
Dosage: 80–100 g per kg of gelato as a flavouring paste; to taste on gelato as a variegate.
