DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Elenka’s Speculoos line comes from the cream and crumble of traditional Lotus Biscoff biscuits, for a flavour true to the Belgian recipe that is conquering Europe.
A versatile product: use it as a gelato paste and as a ripple on the finished gelato; also great for filling semifreddo and ice cream cakes.
DOSAGE
As a paste: 300 g per kg of white mix; for a stronger taste 1 kg of product per 1 l of milk.
As a ripple: to taste.
PACKAGING: 1.6 kg jar.
