To create this unique and captivating product, we used butter caramel: only in this way can a gelato with a long-lasting flavor and an intense, natural color be achieved. For the salt, we selected a blend of salts, including prized Himalayan pink salt, which is unrefined and retains all its organoleptic properties. Extracted at the foothills of the highest mountain range in the world, it preserves its purity to best enhance the flavor of caramel.
