Leagel Easy Salted Caramel is a ready product from the Easy Crema line: caramel gelato with pleasant salty notes, the typical colour of caramelised sugar and a bold toffee taste.
Easy Salted Caramel is one of the ingredients of the Leagel Cremino Caramello Salato recipe, together with Loveria Caramello and Loveria Bianca; it helps widen the display without complicating production.
Ideal for: salted caramel gelato, sundaes with toffee topping and cheesecake.
Features: Easy Crema line, just add milk, also suitable for soft-serve, fats: vegetable (coconut) and animal (panna and burro in polvere), gluten-free.
Directions: mix with milk, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 400 g per 1 litre of milk.
Processing: cold.
