• Ice Cream: Simplé 500 g + 1 l of hot milk
• Classic Granita with granita machine (15 min.): 1 pouch + 4 l of water. Yields 30 granitas
• Sicilian Granita with batch freezer (10 min.): 1 pouch + 3 l of water. Yields 30 granitas
• Smoothies with blender (10 sec.): Simplé 70/80 g + 50 ml milk + ice
