- Classic Granita with granita machine (15 min.): 1 bag + 4 l of water. Yield 30 granitas
- Sicilian Granita with batch freezer (10 min.): 1 bag + 3 l of water. Yield 30 granitas
- Smoothies with blender (10 sec.): Simplé 70/80 g + 50 ml milk + ice
