DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato FruttUP Raspberry is a complete powder base for artisan raspberry gelato, made with real fruit and already balanced.
Raspberry gives a bright red sorbet with a bold taste, to finish with raspberry ripple or pair with dark chocolate.
Ideal for: raspberry sorbet, granita and cups.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers.
Directions: dissolve the base in the water with a stick blender and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 2.8 L of water (gelato), 3.3-3.5 L (soft serve), 3.8 L (granita).
Processing: cold.
