In the Leagel Pop Corn al Pistacchio recipe, Easy Pop Corn paste is paired with Variegato Choco Pop Corn - Pistacchio; it lets even less experienced staff make consistent gelato.
Ideal for: popcorn gelato with Choco Pop Corn ripple.
Features: Easy Crema line, just add milk, also suitable for soft-serve, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with milk, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
