Martini Gelato Smarty 500 G.V. is a complete powder base with vegetable fats for making artisan gelato without pasteurisation.
Just add warm water: the mix is ready for the batch freezer in minutes, a simple solution for speed and consistency.
Ideal for: quick production and kitchens without a pasteuriser.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: blend the base with water at 50 °C, mix and batch-freeze without pasteurising.
Dosage: 500 g of base + 1 L of warm water (50 °C).
