DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Tutto Yogurt is a yogurt-rich powder mix, without vegetable fats, for artisan yogurt gelato by just adding milk.
It is processed cold; for a stronger taste, replace one litre of milk with one kilo of yogurt. Perfect with red berry ripples.
Ideal for: yogurt gelato and fruit cups.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: dissolve the mix in cold milk with a stick blender and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 3 L of cold milk.
Processing: cold.
