Toschi Base Yogurt Fast is a powder mix from the Fast line for preparing yogurt gelato and frozen creams with a creamy texture in just a few minutes, adding only whole milk and processing cold: the fresh, slightly tangy taste of yogurt; it can be used in the batch freezer, granita machine and soft-serve machine.

Directions: mix with milk and pour into the batch freezer or granita machine.

Dosage: 650 g of product + 2.5 litres of whole milk.

Processing: cold.
