Leagel Easy Crema di Riso is a ready mix for delicate, creamy rice-flavoured gelato, prepared with water.
In the Leagel Mango Sticky Rice recipe, Easy Crema di Riso is paired with Pasta Cocco and Variegato Mango; it lets even less experienced staff make consistent gelato.
Ideal for: rice gelato, pairings with cinnamon and fruit.
Features: fats: vegetable (coconut) and animal (cream powder).
Directions: dissolve in water at 90 °C, leave to cool and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 680 g per 1 litre of water.
Processing: hot (90 °C).
