DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Elenka’s Nolat Fruit Base is ideal for fruit gelato with a texture closer to sorbet, as it contains no milk.
Used to prepare the base mix for fruit gelato with the “cold” process.
DOSAGE: with fruit pastes 680 g of water + 140 g of sugar + 50 g of glucose syrup + 90 g of flavour paste + 37 g of Nolat Base + 3 g of Technoice (optional).
PACKAGING: 1 kg bag.
