Leagel Lea Frutt 50 base is a fruit base with coconut fat and milk proteins, giving fruit gelato a full-bodied, scoopable texture.

Choosing Lea Frutt 50 base means working with a ready-balanced mix, to which you only add the flavour you want; it leaves room for pastes and ripples to take centre stage.

Ideal for: creamy fruit gelato: strawberry, banana, peach.

Features: flavour: limone, fats: vegetable (coconut), gluten-free.

Directions: dissolve base and sugar in water and fruit and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 35 g per kg of mix.

Processing: hot (85 °C) or cold.
