DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Rubicone Butterscotch Paste is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a smooth, indulgent butterscotch taste, with a sweet, buttery and intensely caramelised profile.
Just add Butterscotch Paste to the white base for a full, recognisable gelato flavour, ready to batch-freeze.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 100 g per litre of mix.
