DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Toschi Rafael paste is an artisan gelato paste with a white chocolate and coconut flavour, sweet and exotic, inspired by the famous praline.
Ideal for: coconut and white chocolate gelato, semifreddi, pralines and gelato cakes.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80–100 g per kg of gelato.
