Elenka’s Rinforzo Caffè Kof Kof is a concentrate made from selected coffee extracts.
Its liquid form and low dosage ensure perfect solubility. It gives gelato an intense, lasting taste, also perfect for cappuccino flavour and pastry creams.
DOSAGE
Gelato: 25 g per 1000 g of base mix.
Pastry: 20 g per 1000 g of custard or cream.
