DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Toschi Malaga paste is for making traditional Malaga gelato, flavoured with rum, raisin wine and raisins, a classic of Italian gelato.
Ideal for: Malaga gelato, raisin semifreddi and rum sundaes.
Directions: add the paste to the ready white base, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g of paste per 1 litre of white base mix.
