DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Gelato Rock paste, paired with Gelato Rock ripple, makes an ultra-creamy gelato enriched with milk chocolate cream and a shower of hazelnut pieces.
Just add Gelato Rock paste to the base mix for a full, recognisable flavour, ready to batch-freeze; it keeps the flavour the same from batch to batch.
Ideal for: Gelato Rock flavour with its ripple.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 60 g per kg of mix.
