Just add Cuoricino paste to the base mix for a full, recognisable flavour, ready to batch-freeze; it saves preparation time in the lab.

Ideal for: bacio gelato, cremini and indulgent sundaes.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
