Martini Gelato Aymara Raw Milk Chocolate is a complete powder base for artisan milk chocolate gelato with cocoa nib inclusions.
The nibs add a rustic, crunchy texture that contrasts with the sweetness of the milk, for a chocolate flavour that stands out in the display case.
Ideal for: milk chocolate, rustic flavours and cremino.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 2.5 L of boiling water.
Processing: hot.
