It lets you offer the round taste of milk chocolate to lactose-intolerant customers too, and is vegan according to the Martini catalogue.
Ideal for: lactose-free milk chocolate and vegan menus.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.
