Martini Gelato Chocolate Blanco is a complete powder base for artisan white-chocolate-flavoured gelato, ready by just adding boiling water.
Its sweet, velvety taste is an ideal base for fruit ripples and Brunelle, with a quick, always consistent method.
Ideal for: white chocolate, rippled flavours and cups.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 2.5 L of boiling water.
Processing: hot.
