DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Toschi Biancociok is an ivory-coloured paste for making indulgent white chocolate gelato, sweet and velvety.
Ideal for: white chocolate gelato, semifreddi, pralines and coatings.
Directions: add the paste to the ready white base, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80–100 g of paste per 1 kg of base mix.
