DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Crema Golosa is the mix for a no-cook pastry cream: just add water or milk for a smooth custard that also holds up in the oven and in the freezer.
With Crema Golosa, even without a pastry lab you can serve a polished dessert that is always the same; it cuts time and steps in the kitchen.
Ideal for: filling choux, tarts, croissants and cakes.
Features: bake-stable, freeze-stable, gluten-free.
Directions: whisk into water or milk, rest 3 minutes and stir again.
Dosage: 400-450 g per 1 litre of water, or 350-400 g per 1 litre of milk.
