DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Elenka’s Pronto Crema makes custard “cold” and instantly.
It stands out for the milk and egg yolk among its main ingredients, giving an intense egg custard taste. Excellent for Chantilly cream as it blends perfectly with whipped cream, and for filling croissants and choux. The result is identical to traditionally made custard.
DOSAGE: 400 g per 1 l of water, or 350 g per 1 l of milk.
