DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Gradually dissolve the product into water, stirring well with a whisk until a thick, smooth mixture is obtained. Let the mixture rest for at least 15 minutes.
Then proceed to churn to make the desired gelato, which can be served as is or decorated with a variegate.
DOSAGE: 1 bag + 3 liters of water
