DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Slowly mix the product into water, stirring well with a whisk until you get a smooth, thick mixture. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
Then you can churn it to make your gelato, which can be served as is or decorated with a variegate.
