Toschi Melone Fast is a powder mix from the Fast line for preparing melon gelato, sorbets and frozen creams with a creamy texture in just a few minutes, adding only water and processing cold: the sweet, juicy taste of melon.
Directions: mix with water and pour into the batch freezer or granita machine.
Dosage: 1.5 kg of product + 3 litres of water.
Processing: cold.
