Mixybar PLUS Calamansi & Yuzu contains 13% Calamansi juice and 3% Yuzu juice.

Intense, impenetrable straw yellow, once diluted it retains its characteristics. On the nose, intense citrus, herbal and vegetal notes stand out. Calamansi peels from the Philippines and Japanese yuzu dominate an aromatic bouquet composed of watermelon pulp, cucumber peel and melon. On the palate it is smooth, balanced and retains the freshness of freshly squeezed yuzu.

Pairs well with white spirits (gin, vodka) and tropical spirits (tequila, rum, cachaça), sparkling wines and beer. Excellent when combined with Fabbri Ginger for an original twist on the Moscow Mule. Perfect for a creative version of the classic Italian aperitif Spritz and Sbritz.
