Martini Gelato Soft Caramel is a complete powder base for caramel soft serve, ready by just adding room-temperature water.
Perfectly balanced, it gives a soft serve with a fluffy, velvety texture and a delicate caramel taste, great with toppings and crunchy bits.
Ideal for: soft serve, cones and cups.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in room-temperature water, blend and pour into the soft serve machine.
Dosage: 1 bag + 4 L of room-temperature water.
Processing: cold.
