Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.5 kg with 3 litres of water; soft serve 1.5 kg with 3.5 litres of water.
