Martini Gelato Soft Vanilla is a complete powder base for delicious vanilla soft serve, with natural flavourings and just water.
It gives a soft serve with a delicate yellow colour, the classic flavour for cones and cups with chocolate or caramel topping.
Ideal for: vanilla soft serve and cones.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, Halal certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in room-temperature water, blend and pour into the soft serve machine.
Dosage: 1 bag + 4 L of water.
Processing: cold.
