Elenka’s Tartufone Paste is made from a selection of hazelnuts, almonds and fine cocoa.
Ideal for tartufo gelato and, in pastry, for creams and semifreddo.
DOSAGE
Gelato: 100 g per 1000 g of base mix.
Pastry: 90 g per 1000 g of custard or cream.
PACKAGING: 3 kg bucket.
