With Lemon Granita Syrup granita is ready in minutes, as it is mixed with the neutral mix and goes straight into the machine; it expands the summer offer with little space and labour.

Ideal for: classic Sicilian granita and sorbets.

Features: high fruit content, gluten-free.

Directions: mix the syrup with the neutral granita mix and pour into the machine.

Dosage: 250 g per litre of neutral mix.
