Elenka’s Cioccoglass is a chocolate paste for mirror-glazing cakes, zuccotti, semifreddo and other specialities.
Also excellent on tub gelato: the chocolate layer stays soft and glossy and adds a bold chocolate taste. Warm in the microwave until fluid and spread on the product.
DOSAGE: to taste.
