Toschi Walnut paste is for making classic walnut gelato, with a distinctive, lightly toasted taste.
Ideal for: walnut gelato, semifreddi, pralines and cake creams.
Directions: add the paste to the ready white base, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 100 g of paste per kg of base mix.
