PEANUT ICE CREAM RECIPE WITH CARAMEL BRUNELLA: Spread a layer of Caramello Brunella on the bottom of a tray and place it in the blast chiller until hardening, Pour the White Base into a jug, add the Pure Peanut Paste and Cremoso+. Pour the mixture into the batch freezer and prepare the ice cream.At the time of extraction, place the ice cream on the layer of Brunella Caramello until a smooth surface is formed. Put it back in the blast chiller until it hardens. Once extracted, cover with another layer of Brunella Caramello and place it in the blast chiller until it hardens.
