Liquid base for preparing a white “Fior di Latte” flavour, characterised by a delicate hint of vanilla. Can be used for preparing all kinds of cream-based ice creams, by adding the flavouring paste.

Le Pastorizzate are the innovative Martini Linea Gelato liquid bases. A specifically formulated mix of ingredients, already pasteurised, that allows gelato maker to avoid this process during gelato production, with the guarantee of constant high quality standards.

The base is also suitable for Soft Serve ice cream making.

DOSAGE

Gelato Fiord di latte: 3 l per tub
Gelato prepared with pastes with semi-oleaginous contents: 3 l + 300 g of paste + 60 g of dextrose
Gelato prepared with sugar pastes: 3 l + 300 g of paste + 150 g of cream
SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM: 5 l + 1000 g of milk
