Estratto Finissimo di Zuppa Inglese is one of Elenka’s signature products, appreciated worldwide for its unique aroma and professional versatility. Created in 1959 by founder Antonino Galvagno, it stands out for its elegant, lightly spiced profile, with notes of rum, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla obtained from an infusion of 52 herbs.

The result is a taste reminiscent of traditional Alchermes liqueur, while being completely alcohol-free. Thanks to its high concentration, a low dosage gives intense, aromatic and lasting notes.

Ideal for artisan gelato, semifreddo, mousses, creams, baked goods and spoon desserts. Also available as a ripple, it pairs with many classic and modern flavours.

DOSAGE: 30 g per 1000 g of base mix. For an even richer result, layer sponge cake soaked in diluted Alchermes onto the gelato during extraction.
