A gelato paste suitable to create a funny blue gelato with Chewing Gum taste, appreciated by the kids.
PACKAGE

DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Add the Azzurro paste to the already pasteurized base mixture to flavor the ice cream, stirring continuously with a whisk until fully blended. Let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then, churn the mixture to make the desired ice cream, which can be served as is or decorated.
DOSAGE: 50 g paste + 1 liter white base mixture (do not use on yellow base)
