Pure Milk Base 100 is a base without any artificial ingredient.
This is a high quality milk ice cream Base: A perfect mix of top choice ingredients including milk protein, vegetable fibre and cream powder.
A base of course Without emulsifiers, where they are the same proteins of milk to act as emulsifiers exploiting their natural properties.
Flavored with a light scent of cream, the result is a creamy and digestible ice cream.
dosage: 100 g x lt milk
Recipe: 100 g powder + 250 g sugar + 50 g cream + 1 lt milk
Processing: Hot
