Leagel CioccoNocciola ripple is a hazelnut (50%) and mild cocoa cream enriched with praline hazelnut pieces. It stays soft at sub-zero temperatures and holds steadily in the display.
Spread in even ribbons over freshly churned gelato, CioccoNocciola ripple adds contrast in taste and colour to the tray; it is also used to decorate trays, fill cones and finish semifreddi.
Recommended pairings: fior di latte, hazelnut, chocolate and custard gelato.
