Leagel Neutral Granita base is the base for granitas of any flavour: mix it with water and fresh fruit or Leagel syrups for an evenly textured granita.

Neutral Granita base is the practical answer when you need a flavour ready in minutes, even on the busiest days; it helps widen the display without complicating production.

Ideal for: Sicilian granita, fresh fruit and syrup granitas.

Directions: mix with water and pour into the granita machine.

Dosage: 175 g per 1 litre of water + 245 g of syrup of choice.

Processing: cold.
